Gabriela Lodewijks

I’m Gabriela Lodewijks, I’m from Brazil and since 2010 I’m living in The Netherlands. I speak English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese.

Since I was a little girl, I've always liked helping people, I've always been passionate about human beings and their individualities. When I decided to work with recruitment and selection, in 2004, I knew I was on the right path, matching candidates and companies is my passion. What I do as a recruiter, is evaluate candidates potential against the positions I have. I match the candidates “hard and soft skills”with the requirements and values of the employing organization.

For loving human beings and recruiting I decided to study NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and human behavior, and one of my specialties is emotional intelligence that I combine with my position as a recruiter.

Since begin 2023 I’m working at Forexx as a recruiter for High Tech positions.
